Andrea Pucknus' practice focuses on trademark prosecution and IP litigation, enforcement, competition law, domain law, border enforcement of IP rights and infringement investigations. Andrea Pucknus has expertise and hands-on experience in strategic planning and execution of anti-counterfeiting action plans.
